1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any service provided by Global V Card (operating at globalvcard.in), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2 Description of Services

We provide digital business card creation, QR code generation, mini-website hosting, AI-powered feedback collection, daily poster generation, and analytics services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3 User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• One person may not maintain more than one free account.

4 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our platform to:

• Upload or share illegal, offensive, or defamatory content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data without permission.
• Violate any applicable Indian or international law.

5 Payments & Plans

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• Plan downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

6 Refund Policy

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at support@globalvcard.in. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion and are not applicable for partially used billing cycles or promotional offers.

7 Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, code, and branding are the property of Global V Card. You retain ownership of the content you create using our tools, but you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it as needed to provide the service.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global V Card shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.

9 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Madhya Pradesh, India.

11 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you via email or in-app notice for significant changes.
